When Britain went into its first national lockdown in March, she was filming on the NHS Frontline in Leicester and Coventry. It was an unprecedented point in history - there was no playbook and no firm evidence base to guide decision-making. With every government on the planet faced with the same challenge at the same time, it could have been an unprecedented opportunity for global learning and cooperation.
